Valerie Weston is the
owner/designated broker of Village Square Realty. She
is a fifth generation native of Norway and a graduate of Oxford
Hills High School and the University of Maine at Orono.
Valerie and her husband, Chris, live in Norway and have 5
grown children and 7 grandchildren.
Community service has always been a priority for Valerie,
having served as president of the Oxford Hills Rotary Club
and the Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce. She currently
serves on the Board of Trustees for Western Maine Health and
Stephens Community Healthcare Foundation as well as the Board
of Trustees for the Second Congregational Church of Norway.
A member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Association
of Realtors and Western Maine Board of Realtors since 1979,
Valerie has served on several committees as well as President
of the Western Maine Board. She holds the Realtor G.R.I.
designation.
As a life-long resident of the area, Valerie takes a great
deal of pride in her home town and its environs and is eager
to share her knowledge with both buyers and sellers, both
local and out of the area. |
| Julie is
a native of Oxford Hills, growing up in Norway. Upon high
school graduation, she pursued a career as a cosmetologist
accepting the responsibility of manager for Regis Salons which
took her from Maine to So. Carolina and then on to Texas.
Julie married a Canadian, Dennis, and after spending time
in Texas and Connecticut they returned to Oxford Hills. Their
home is here in South Paris with their 3 young teens. She
enjoys camping with her family, volunteering at her church,
planning social events and entertaining in her home.
A variety of personal real estate experiences give Julie the
background to support her clients well. She and her husband
have bought and renovated multiple foreclosure properties
in Maine, owned a multiunit residential/commercial buildings
and built a home they designed for themselves. Julie is currently
a full time independent agent with Village Square Realty and
member of National Assoc. of Realtors. She welcomes the opportunity

Beth grew up in Pennsylvania
and New Jersey, but her love for Maine goes back to her childhood
summering at her grandparents’ camp on Little Sebago
Lake in Gray. After graduating from the University of
Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Marketing,
Beth went to work in market research and then project coordination
in the aerospace industry in NJ. In 2000, she and her
husband were happily able to relocate to Paris Hill, Oxford
County with their four sons, fulfilling a lifelong dream to
“come home” to Maine. Her interests include
American history, antique & historic New England homes,
and camping & hiking all over Maine with her husband and
boys.
Beth has always believed in the unparalleled benefits of home
ownership and investment in real estate and enjoys helping
others enter the market or purchase second or subsequent properties.
She has experience in rental property management as well as
private mortgage lending. Beth feels especially qualified
through personal experience in serving as a relocation specialist
for clients “from away.” She is a full time
Broker ready to serve you as a Buyer or Seller Agent in residential,
commercial, waterfront/vacation, and land properties.

A Maine native, Debbie
Warrington grew up in Waterville, graduated from Waterville
High School , and attended the University of Maine and
Salve Regina College in Newport, Rhode Island.
She and her husband of 38 years have raised their three daughters
in Maine and have lived in several Maine towns including China,
Wilton, Pittsfield, and for the last 14 years in the BEAUTIFUL
Oxford Hills Area.
Debbie has been active in real estate since the early
1980’s receiving her broker’s license in 1993.
She has been active in her Church and community organizations.
Numerous family moves have given her a great appreciation
and understanding of the many stresses and concerns with relocating.

Rhonda is a native of
the Oxford Hills area, a graduate of Oxford Hills High School,
and is now working toward her BS in financial Services through
the University of Maine at Augusta. She resides in Norway
with her husband, Bill, and has two grown sons. Rhonda and
Bill decided to move back to Maine to raise their family after
spending 2 years living and working in New Hampshire.
Rhonda has 20 years experience in retail and several in retail
banking. Along with her husband, she has owned and managed
rental property as well as purchased and renovated homes throughout
the years. In recent years she has helped with the family
business of building new homes.
Rhonda knows the challenges and the excitement that go along
with home ownership. She is very eager to have the opportunity
to help buyers and sellers from start to finish and is looking
forward to providing dedicated services to her clients and
